As part of ongoing efforts to enhance regional collaboration and knowledge exchange in the real estate sector, Eng. Abdel Nasser Taha, President of FIABCI Egypt, and Mr. Abdullah Al Harbi, President of FIABCI Saudi Arabia, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) under the umbrella of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI).
The agreement aims to develop mutual cooperation between the two offices and support the real estate markets in both countries through the exchange of technical and informational expertise, promotion of investment decision-making, and expansion of partnership and real estate promotion opportunities, in alignment with FIABCI’s specialized councils in development, marketing, and project management.
Both parties affirmed that the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding, which took place on September 24, 2025, represents an important step towards strengthening relations and enhancing real estate cooperation between Egypt and Saudi Arabia, in support of the International Real Estate Federation’s vision to expand regional and international collaboration and exchange expertise across various areas of the real estate sector.
